High End Glass Art Terms and Conditions

High-end purchases will be insured for its value sold value and shipped using UPS or FEDEX 2nd day for free. Overnight and international orders need to pay extra for the service.   It will require an adult signature.  We will have a recording of us making the package with security tape and sealing it with your shipping label 

Your are responsible to record yourself opening the package to inspect the product when received.  If you do not have this recording of the package being opened.  We can not honor any refunds or exchanges if you do not record yourself.

When checking out you have to confirm to this terms and services before purchasing from Onpointsmoke.com.

If package does not show up, you must contact UPS or FEDEX to claim insurance claims.

2nd Quality conditions

All 2nd quality products are sold as is.  This is mainly geared towards Terp Slurpers and bangers. All sales are final for 2nd quality products.  If function doesn't work, we will replace for you.  Our 2nd quality products pass our QC and consider 2nd quality due mainly to cosmetic issues.  

Quartz Returns

We will take your refund or exchange within 14 days brand new.  If you used the product, we can not return it for you.  If there is a problem with your product.  Please reach out to us first.  

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages at USPS, UPS, or Fedex.  When you select what shipping company to use, you take the risk of them losing your item.  

Once the item is picked up and scanned by respective companies, it is out of Onpointsmoke.com's possession and now in possession of USPS, UPS, or Fedex.  For items over $350 will be insured just in case of lost packages.  

We will replace any packages we make mistakes on such as wrong address or wrong items.  

If you entered in the wrong address, please message us as soon as you can so we can fix it right away.  

Shipment Processing times

We are dedicated to you Monday-Friday from 11am-8pm PST.

We need at least 1-2 days to process your order from the time you purchase. We process orders Monday - Friday.  We cut off processing at 12pm everyday.  

If you order Friday past 12pm.  We won't process your order until Monday.  

 This is our policies , but most time we will underpromise you and outperform.  We really work 6 days a week, but we set these rules so you can't complain. :P

Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items  and 2nd quality items (if applicable)
  • Used glass and quartz nails

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Some items have 30 days warranty and can be replaced or exchanged for another product. (If applicable) 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
